   Just had an absolutely delightful dinner with friends at Vela Thai Restaurant in West End, and I can't wait to share what a treat it was! We indulged in a feast of seven dishes, and honestly, every single one was moreish – the kind of food you just can't get enough of. While it's hard to pick a favourite from such a delicious spread, the chilli jam soft shell crab truly stole the show for me. The perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and crispy – it was an explosion of flavour and texture. The entire experience, from the vibrant atmosphere to the friendly service, was top-notch. It's safe to say that Vela Thai has earned a spot on our regular dining list. We will definitely be going back for more of their incredible food!

   The food was delicious and very fresh. The serving sizes were also good. We had the San Chow Bao and cashew nut chicken and chicken pad thai.

   The food was sensational. Authentic Thai Food experience. Service is amazing. Attention to hygiene is the best I have ever seen.

   I already booking at 8pm , but when i arrived i still have to wait 20mins for the table 🙄 So why i need to book a table for??? The food was no taste not like Thai food at all & have to wait another 30mins for the food and when it came it not really hot 😅 it’s so ridiculous

   Food was nice, atmosphere mostly good despite appearing as upmarket but having uber drivers in high vis walking through the front door which makes it feel more of a casual dining experience. Ie. Westfield would expect that. Attention for the servers was the issue that will turn us off revisiting. Simply ignored all night, had to flag down staff constantly.
