We were celebrating a birthday and our dining experience could not have been better. Our server, Anna had good suggestions and guided us thru the menu. Food was exceptional. We ordered the salmon off the menu and a short rib special--both were fantastic. Service was top notch. We want to go back when the weather is warmer to eat outside.

We love Verbena. One of the BEST restaurants in Johnson County. Great service, delicious food. Appropriate portions not the pile on gobs of food like so many mediocre restaurants in Johnson County. Beautiful atmosphere, a true fine dining experience. Always excellent service.
