Immersed in the magic of the Puerta del Lobo vineyard, our cuisine is rooted in the unexplored richness of the Bajío region of Mexico.

We create dishes that stem from our roots and traditions, and when combined with techniques and trends from different regions, they unleash the honest and genuine flavors of our menu. A menu composed of dishes meant to be shared and enjoyed around the table.

The origin of each ingredient is fundamental to our cuisine. We have forged close ties with producers from nearby farms to source high-quality ingredients, reflecting the fertility and hard work of our community in the fields.

We cook slowly, with care, with love, and with passion, to bring to the table a flavorful, nutritious, and honest cuisine.

We offer a 15-minute grace period for each reservation. If you do not arrive within the allotted time, your table will be automatically given to another guest.

    Un lugar maravilloso donde se fusiona la gastronomía, el vino y una vista increíble. Un servicio de primera en especial atención Freddy y María, con su atención y la propuesta de integrar platillos con técnicas bien ejecutadas aprovechando los recursos locales. Recomendable toda la gama de vinos que manejan, especialmente los blancos y espumosos

    Excelente el servicio que nos brindaron, los vinos riquísimo, la comida dejó mucho qué desear, me gustaba más el menú anterior, pero en general todo estuve bien, el lugar divino. ✨

    🌵El lugar está increíble. Si buscas un plan diferente, es un gran spot para ir con amigos o pareja. 🍸 Los drinks están deliciosos! Sin duda es un must probarlos 🫡El servicio es excelente, desde que reservas se preocupan por brindar una buena atención. En el lugar todos son súper amables y atentos; y aunque tuvieron una pequeña demora debido a la alta demanda, se nos acercaron y nos regalaron unos drinks de cortesía mientras esperábamos. María la encargada y los dos meseros que nos atendieron se aseguraron de que nuestra experiencia fuera increíble 👌🏻

    Una experiencia maravillosa de principio a fin. La comida fue deliciosa, con sabores frescos y bien equilibrados en cada plato. El servicio fue excepcional: el personal fue atento y muy amable, haciendo que cada detalle del servicio se sintiera especial. Además, la vista es espectacular, añadiendo un toque extra a la experiencia y haciendo que sea un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. La ambientación es acogedora, perfecta para una buena conversación mientras se disfruta de la comida. Definitivamente, un lugar al que quiero regresar. ¡Muy recomendado para quienes buscan una experiencia gastronómica memorable!
