   Very few places in Los Angeles will provide this level of creativity, originality, attention to detail, or an experience as memorable as Vespertine. One of the best restaurants in the world for sure. It is also so refreshing to have such a diverse set of fixed courses and just trust the chef. Dinner for two with drinks can easily surpass $1,500 once you include the tip, but it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and it is totally worth it.

   Outstanding from start to finish. All 12 courses were fun, different, delicious, and beautiful. We had the Dynamic pairing, which offered a mix of champaigne, red and white wine, sake, beer, and non-alc juices. It was just right in terms of the amount of booze. The staff were also amazing!

    Vespertine had so much to offer, from the sculptural architecture of the building to the understated elegance of each piece of tableware, but the true star of course, was the food. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared not to wow with fancy ingredients but w the creativity of the chef’s vision and the intentionality behind the execution. Each dish impressed with its unique flavors we’ve never experienced anywhere else. My fav was the spring course made of wild flowers grown on the premises.
