Via Allegro serves as Toronto’s landmark restaurant location thanks to its classic dishes and equally warm, classy interior. The upscale eatery affords diners plenty of Italian flair in both atmosphere and flavor. Via Allegro spares no expense to provide diners with bold Italian motifs combined with the innovation of modern design.

Via Allegro boasts one of the largest selections of wines in North America and is the winner of the Wine Spectator Grand Award, one of ninety three in the entire world.

For classic pasta and risotto dishes, check out the truffled mushroom risotto or the taglietelle bolognese. For a more classically inspired entrée, you will enjoy the, whole fresh fish branzino or the lamb rack.

                                                                                        I went here with my girlfriend and we were expecting a wonderful experience, the Spanish octopus was THE best octopus I’ve ever had in my life, Table bread was top notch, Caesar salad was just salad can’t complain, but the real issues came down to the pasta and service, I got the short rib ravioli, it was extremely salty presentation was beautiful but the salt was just to much for my palate, lastly the service was 1/10 if I could, it took over half an hour for me to get a refill on my water after asking them, the waiters were not attentive at all to our needs, everything that we required (ordering food, drinks, wanting to order mains, everything we had to bring to one of the servers attention, I would most likely not go back here do to the service alone, but I can say the Spanish octopus and table bread are to die for. Thank you for having us Via allegro.

From start to finish, everything was top notch. The service, the food and the ambiance were all exceptional. Highly recommend it, they will never disappoint!!!😋😁😍

                                                                                        I have traveled extensively through Europe and Italy in particular. Probably some of the best Italian food I have had. The beef carpaccio was amazing.
