Via Emilia 9 in Miami Beach, Florida is the first of its kind in this city. A regional Italian restaurant, Via Emilia 9 only serves menu items that have actually been imported from Italy (flour, eggs, fruits and vegetables being the only exceptions for good reason). The pasta here is made fresh daily from these Italian ingredients. You can even partake in truffle tastings to help better inform your palette.

While there are a number of great entr�es to choose from at Via Emilia 9, the stewed veal cooked in milk definitely stands out. The veal with cooked ham and cheese is another favorite.

a consistent and amazing dinner with the most authentic and broadest spectrum of tastes from the bologna-modena region of italy. the gramigna pasta is heaven - al dente, and intense bolognese sauce. the polpette appetizer is cooked in a light broth of peas and prosciutto and chicken stock, a nice balance to a typical heavy dish.

From the moment you walk in you will feel your about to have a great evening. When my wif and I go we usually decide before what we are going to have, well very rarely that ever happens. The specials , the apps and possible are impossible to pass up. My suggestion try the appetizers, then a pasta and then ei5her have an entre or split one. Valentina is very accommodating and enjoys when her customer have a great dinner. It will definitely become "your" special place. Carl D.
