Welcome to Victory Restaurant & Lounge.

Victory Restaurant & Lounge was born out of an idea to create a place where people could enjoy 5-Star meals in a relaxing, welcoming environment. Rico, a decorated businessman, had visions of opening an elite restaurant with an ambiance Houston has never seen before.

Our menu consists of elevated comfort foods that will leave you wanting more. Our restaurant is designed with indoor and outdoor seating that includes large booths, perfect for sharing a meal with friends and family. We look forward to serving you.

    The food was OMG good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue I had was that I arrived before the staff. When we arrived at 11, we were not greeted by the individual behind the bar. I asked if they were open and he said yes. A few minutes later, a waiter walks in the front door. She sat us down immediately but we had to wait to order the food because the staff was not there. The drinks were really good and the staff came in after we were seated. Once we ordered the food, it didn't take any time for it to come out and it was surprisingly delicious, the presentation was nice and everything was great. Had the staff been there at 11 for our reservation, I definitely would have given 5 stars. I will definitely revisit.

    The aesthetics were very so much giving. The music was on point all night. Stuffed oysters were top tier!! Drinks were tasty and strong. Our waitress was a sweetheart. It was a vibe and cool enough to enjoy food and chill. Chill for a date or girls night.

    Ordered food around 10pm, never got food. After asking about food numerous of times, at 12am they come and ask us to change our whole meal and order off late night special. *which started at 12am as if I haven’t hard my order in over 2 hours ago* Manager never addressed us, actually ran from the table the whole time. I had to go chase them down for a solution and was basically met with none! Terrible terrible terrible service and management. Don’t waste your time! It’s plenty more amazing restaurants in Houston that you can give your time to

    Victory is consistently consistent. Its my go to spot got good vibes! Good food, good drinks, good service, good hookah, good music.

    Ambience is loud. Live DJ while eating. If that is your thing, fine. Got seated straight-away. Waitress was attentive. Food was good quality. A tad pricey. 20% service fee. The big negative is there is a max 2-hour seating policy. So, after 2 hours, we were asked by staff to leave, although we had just ordered drinks and desserts. After that round, we were asked to leave again. REALLY?! There were several other empty tables. That was a complete turn-off, and owners should reconsider!! Probably not going back for that reason.
