   DISAPPOINTING. Just left after making reservations at 5pm for me & my Wife's Anniversary. Wasn't busy at all, after the meats started coming out my wife requested for Well-Done (which is an option). We notified our waiter (whom barely checked on us) two different times about it. Then 20 minutes later, even one of the meat servers asked us & we verified with him. Then another 20 minutes pass by, l asked what seemed to be one of the managers in charge about the well done meats & she said they would be coming. At this point it's been over an hour of waiting Long & behind the couple next to us asked for Well-Done meats & a few minutes later they were served it. At this point I flagged down the manager. lok what even happened to our waiter. Notified the manager we wanted our check & let her know we never received service for any well done meats. She tells us she'll be right back, all of a sudden two different meat servers came to us. At this point it's been an hour & half, we waited long enough. First time I have EVER left a No Tip. I still felt bad doing it too. But that's how Disappointed I was. All these reviews applaud the service & it just wasn't there. All this hype, I mean how many times did we have to notify somebody just to get some service.? Don't make the mistake I did & book your anniversary here.

   First time there. Food was amazing. Sides were different and better then other Brazilian steakhouses. Staff was supper nice and attentive. Will definitely go back.

   Absolutely stellar. Great variety at the salad bar (which includes WAY more than salad), excellent meat options, delicious cocktails, and amazing service. The best Brazilian steakhouse we’ve ever visited. This will be our go-to special occasion restaurant from now on.

   The location was absolutely beautiful with water views from the large windows. The restaurant was clean and service was excellent. The lunch price cannot be beat for the quality of everything all around.

   The food was great. Our server was great as well. It started off kinda bad I had a reservation for 815 I arrived at 750pm. I checked in and was asked to wait because they were running behind schedule. Ok not a problem but then I start to see couples that were being seated that just arrived. And I at this point have been waiting 20 mins. When I questioned about my table the hostage gave me an excuse that made no sense . Especially since I saw three group of people seated and they just walked in. So basically she forgot I was there. I was seated at 825pm for and 815pm reservation after I arrived early to give time for schedule delays.

   Our experience was marginal. The salad and sides bar were set up weird. Three choices of lettuce without any toppings. Tomato and cucumber on the opposite side. Meat service was extremely slow. Drinks were good. Loud.
