Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar features creative Italian-inspired dishes using the fresh seafood and game meats. It offers at least four different organic specialties a day. Try its pan seared foie gras with grilled Portobello mushrooms and Belgium endive, its pheasant breast that is lightly seasoned and pan roasted and served with roasted chipollini and mushrooms, or a combination of caribou and lamb chops marinated with fresh garlic and rosemary drizzled with a honey rosemary demi-glaze. Other organic game meats served are antelope, elk, ostrich, kangaroo and wild boar. Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar has a full-service bar with its signature creations as well as traditional cocktails. It also has happy hour specials for food and drink on weekdays from 4 to 6 p.m. Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar is perfect for large parties and special events with its separate lunch, dinner, hors d’oeuvres and catering menu.

Not sure if the waitress was new but overwhelmed! We usually always have great service and food! We ordered the 4 course special. We did get our appetizers then sat, our main course came, never received our salad u til we were almost finished and the waitress finally came over! Drinks were slow and had to ask for water 3xs. Same happened to both tables on either side of us. Slightly disappointing

First timers and we were pleasantly surprised at both good quality and service. Autumn our waitress was attentive and polite a real mature young lady that is going places in this world. Her father should be proud.

New Year’s reduced menu still has lots of great options. Service was fantastic. Only concern is lack of transparency of gluten-free options. Pretty sure most of the sauces are thickened with flour based on next day symptoms in a gluten-sensitive party member.
