        This is our go to every time we come to Beaver Creek. The food and drinks are absolutely amazing as is the service. They changed up their menu and the strawberry salad was delicious with the blue cheese and almonds. The blackened chicken was outstanding. Moist, flavorful, crispy, perfectly cooked. The succotash was fresh from the garden. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and expertly seasoned. You can never go wrong with the carrot cake.

        Our server was amazing and very attentive. We had the mussels, sautéed shrimp basilico, and the tuna sashimi. It was all beautiful in presentation and absolutely delicious!

        Fantastic food and staff. We had the cod and chicken marsala both of which were unique interpretations and fantastic. Our waitstaff Juraj was immensely helpful from giving great insightful wine suggestions to even recommending the best counterintuitive utensil to eat the meal. He is a pro.

        I celebrated my 27th birthday with my partner at Vin48, and it was the perfect spot for an intimate dinner. The restaurant had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and was nice and quiet for a Thursday night (May 15th). The service was outstanding - our server was incredibly knowledgeable about every dish and its ingredients. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the variety of options, including the grilled cauliflower appetizer, mushroom risotto, and carrot cake. The cocktails were also excellent. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in Avon again!
