   We left our river cruise to celebrate my wife’s birthday. VIRTU was the perfect choice for the occasion. The service by Thomas and his team was perfection and the food was delicious and visually appealing. The sommelier, David, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The location is the 28th floor of the tallest building in Budapest. The views were incredible and only exceeded by the after dinner visit to the top floor as a special treat. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we certainly look forward to repeating next time we venture to Hungary. Highly recommend!

   This is a definite must. The food was excellent. The venison steak was seasoned and cooked a perfect medium rare with a delicious black currant- dark chocolate sauce. The samloi trifle was perfect with a glass of tokai. The atmosphere is both upscale and relaxed. The staff is outstanding and very friendly. A great evening.

   We went for the view, but there was so much fog, we had no view. Food was very good, classic/modern. Foie gras was excellent, Duck breast was perfectly cooked. Helpful sommelier and very good service overall. Not the place for “typical” Hungarian food, more of an upscale international cuisine with Hungarian influence.

   Excellent ambiance and views of Budapest. Fine and comfortable dining with a thoughtful menu. Delicious cocktails and wines. Service was good but a little slow. Plan at a minimum for a luxurious two hour dining experience. We will return!

   Restaurant avec vue incroyable. Ambiance décontractée mais chic. Un grand merci à Inès qui a été d’une extrême gentillesse avec nous. Le goulasch était très bon et goûteux. Le poisson frais. Les goûts d’une manière générale étaient justes.
