   They did not even acknowledge my request for window seating despite me making the reservation much in advance. They also did not acknowledge the special occasion. Service was extremely slow and we had to request items multiple times before we got them. I would not go back and I would not recommend, especially for the price.

   There were five in our party. The children (5 and 7), had the butter noodles, and the kid’s fish and chips! Kids enjoyed it so much! There was nothing left to box! The adults had the halibut special, the scallops and shrimp risotto (best risotto yet), and a 16 oz. rib eye! All three meals were excellent!

   The restaurant was very busy on a Thursday evening and is not flexible when you have to change the time of your reservation. We did, however, get the window table that was requested.

   The restaurant is nice and people are friendly. We felt a little rushed by our server who asked for our dinner order with our drink order. We were never presented the specials. It was fine, just didn’t feel relaxing. Nonetheless, my husband enjoyed the lobster. I had the steak salad. The steak salad had a great mix of content, but well over seasoned for my taste so I can not give it a high mark.

   "Bella" was our server and she was just terrific! Very cordial, always checking in on us and happy to do so! She made the difference. Food was excellent.

   Love Vista! it is my go to favorite place. It has everything, A unbeatable peaceful “Vista” , delicious food and drink and wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought a friend for her birthday. She loved it also.
