Formerly known as Vistro, this establishment underwent a transformation in March 2021 under the culinary direction of Chef Paul Virant. 2nd visit and looking forward to many more. Service, food and atmosphere were spot on. Everything thing we order was prepared and cooked to perfection. Staff was attentive and and professional but not overbearing. Thank you for a memorable evening.

In-person experience far better than carry-out! Cheezits awesome, and the fried kale was incredible. Steaks were good, and all potato sides were great, as was the bread services and burrito. Server was fantastic, helping us with the kids and other suggested orders. Veggie burger was tasty, but a bit mushy — THANK YOU for making it in-house!

Our waitress, Krista was great. Very friendly and attentive. She even gave me complimentary gooey butter cake for my birthday, which was fantastic.

Great spot, very pleasant ambiance, great service, our waiter was attentive and funny, really good food and value, nice bar and TVs to ways game, great experience:)

We loved Vie, so we're not afraid to pay for great food and service. But we were disappointed by the food at Viestro. I felt like we paid premium prices for average food,. The strip steaks were average at best although the cocktails and deserts were good.
