   Perfect for those of us who like Raw and vegan foods - they fully accommodated my food allergies and my daughters - we look forward to the final Raw Monday next month (unless we can convince the Chef to do one more month!!!!!!!)

   We've been going to Vital Root for several years now and enjoy the great and healthy nearly 90% Vegan menu. Add to that their first Monday Raw meals and you have an absolute treat! We loved this last Thai inspired menu, and can't wait until June's first Monday!

   While we have gone to Vital Root many times, this was the first time that we've tried the first Monday Raw dinner. The theme was French, and every course was better than the one before. We'll definitely try this again.

   Vital Root, like all of Justin’s, is first rate. It is our favorite because it is vegetarian and right in the neighborhood. We are never disappointed and take all of our visitors there. The food, the staff, the ambience are second to none. We adore the raw dinners and love the themes each month. Sarah always has a smile. Aidan is charming. On Monday I was treated to a birthday cake and serenade! BEST EVER!!

   Raw night was so very delicious and amazing. I think the best menu I've had for raw night and the portions were bigger than usual.

   Sadly, Open Table allowed me to make a reservation, then confirmed the reservation the night prior and when I arrived with my guest at Vital Root for their Raw Night, Monday, 12/3, the restaurant was closed. Very disappointed.

   My husband is vegan and I'm gluten free so you can imagine our options. Vital Root does it extremely well. The food is inventive and flavorful; it's now our date nite go-to.
