   I don’t know why this restaurant isn’t busier - especially when there is an event at the Palladium. The food and menu is very good. Service excellent. Maybe they should offer a discount for patrons attending a Preformance at the Palladium??? We will go back!

   Vivante has a nice vibe in the evening for dinner with its "candle lit" tables and positioning next to the Monon. This was our first visit for dinner here and we were not disappointed. I really enjoyed the Scallop entree with a lovely risotto and others loved the Lemon Ravioli (both sweet and savory) and the Salmon which had a fabulous take on a creamed corn base. The service was attentive and the food was served in a timely way that allowed us to head to our show at the Palladium about 90 minutes after we arrived at the restaurant. Very nice evening and a fine experience at Vivante.

   Vivante is a beautifully decorated restaurant in a gorgeous hotel in the most perfect location.. and they serve supremely delicious food! Carla was our server and I couldn't be more impressed by anyone- she has a mastery of her job; she listens to the customer and provides incredible service, is friendly and kind and made the changes we wanted with zero hesitation or questions. I told her we needed to be out by a certain time to make a show, and she made sure that happened! The scallops are beyond amazing.. like no presentation I've ever seen .. as was the Caesar Salad and the salmon entree. The three cookie dessert was so pretty we took photos- it looked like a painting! Vivante is 5 stars all the way, and a server like Carla makes everything so perfect!

   We had quail and halibut. Both were great. Our dinner was a little slow getting arriving, but the restaurant was crowded due to a show at the Palladium which we made on time.

   Our first visit to Vivante. We were here for a concert at the Palladium next door the following evening. Had reservations but the restaurant was not busy (probably due to a severe weather warning). Our experience was excellent. Our server was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. From soups and salads to appetizers and entrees, everything was correctly prepared and quite tasty. I had an 8oz filet that was as tender as any I've ever had, and perfectly cooked. Hope to return there today for lunch before the concert.
