The food was good, and the upstairs area, with its beautiful cherry blossom trees, makes for a great photo opportunity—especially for large groups. However, the service was terrible. A glass accidentally fell from our table, and when I apologized to the waitress and even offered to clean it up, her response was shockingly rude and said “Ermm yeh, what do you want me to tell you?” She was dismissive, arrogant, and unprofessional, even implying that we had dropped it on purpose. Unfortunately, her attitude completely ruined the experience. While the food was fine, I won’t be returning because of the poor service.

All of the appetizers were great -- gyoza, crispy rice ahi! The duck ramen, just so so. Bland broth, fatty meat and hard to eat when it's in the ramen bowl but still on the bone. It's pretty there and the service is great, so I'll go back but just order a bunch of apps!

Use to be good good and flavorful. My seared tuna was so cold like fresh out of the fridge and over cooked so it was tough also. Salad was lifeless. Apps also seems pre made or not fresh made. Disappointed. Cocktail was also

We ordered the 20$ lunch special. It was amazing for the value. The juices are very balanced and the entree was delicious, coykd feed the 2 of us. We also decided to try their fried chicken Bao Buns which were amazing a bit spicy ( but delicious).

We had the Duck Ramen and the Katsu Curry to eat, both were excellent. The sake flight and fresh juices were very good as well. I was disappointed that the flower room upstairs wasn't open because it's so beautiful, but the food more than made up for the seating arrangement.

I went at a quiet time and based on the social media type decor, there is a good chance that the noise level can be high. Fresh made food served at correct temp give this place high marks. Staff knowledgeable of menu and drinks. If you have allergies, call ahead. They will omit allergen but do not guarantee there won’t be cross contamination.
