   That was AMAZING. We had the best waiter we have ever had in Atlanta. He guided us through the experience and that is exactly what it was. Part opium den, part Japanimation dream, and amazing food. On top of that sweeping Atlanta views. Good value for a huge amount of food! All the wagu!!

   Wagyu House felt like a scam, and I don’t use that term lightly. Management obviously invested heavily in marketing and the decor. The decor is modern and sophisticated, with an beautiful view of the city. The food and service, particularly for the cost, were very subpar. The experience felt off from the beginning - and it’s clear they cut costs at every corner. They don’t offer parking validation. Not a huge deal - but any nicer restaurant typically does. Further, we arrived 3 minutes after the 15 min grace period due to ice on the roads - we called when we were on the way to let them know we’d be cutting it close. We were told we lost our reservation and would be put on the waitlist…but then were seated within 5 minutes (there were multiple open tables). Completely unnecessary. Now to the food. The term “wagyu” is plastered everywhere to trick customers into thinking this is a high quality luxury experience. It is not. The buffet was messy and unclean - spills everywhere, slippery floors, dirty utensils. Speaking of utensils, the plates and cutlery were plastic. Multiple aspects of the buffet were broken or out of service (ice cream, drinks etc) with just handwritten signs. The quality of the food at the buffet was generally low - rice was clumpy, meat was oily etc. Finally, the tableside food. Online, their menu shows three food tiers - silver, gold, and diamond ($85). We requested the “top tier”…the server did not explain that meant we were ordering the super black diamond for $109/person. The food quality was mediocre at best. The server was managing 10+ tables so much of our food ended up being overcooked. She also didnt provide any instructions so we could’ve done it ourselves (how much time per side etc). To top it all off, the server begged each table to give a 5 star review and hovered while the patrons did it - which explains the high ratings that drew us in. All in all this was not worth nearly $300 (after tax and tip). Please do not go here.

   Got the silver tier and it was wonderful! Definitely planning on returning and trying a higher tier!

   Waygu was a nice change, the food was flavorful and our server was amazing. I just wish they didn't emphasis so much on the amount of time you spend at each table, down ot have having a timer on the menu. For the amount of money you pay to eat and drink there you should not be hounded by constantly being reminded that you have 30 or 20 mins left.

   Jasmine was amazing! She was super nice and sweet. The foood was really good the xio lang spicy bao was amazing. Ordered so many times! The food did come out slow at times, but then started flowing at a good pace after that. Would definitely dine again!
