Warren is a study in warm, dark wood paired with evergreen velvet banquettes. It will accommodate 150 people inside and 50 outside, including seats on a turfed, shaded patio just off an indoor-outdoor bar.

The menu is “American bistro with a world flair,” under the direction of Chef Jen Knox, will pull from her vast experiences with the Ritz Carlton, Wynne Las Vegas and Countless other experiences in Chicago and more. There will be brunch and, sometimes, a DJ. Warren - Delray will serve as a stage for a passion that rivals Jeff’s love of music — a devotion to top-shelf whiskey.

    The positioning of our table was a on a path to leave the restaurant and everyone who exited that way bumped into one of our guests as did all the wait staff. Made it very uncomfortable for everyone at the table.

    We've been to Warren a few times, driving 40 minutes from Dania Beach, and every time the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is amazing. The filet mignon is so good. I ordered it every time. And their Japanese old fashion is one of the best I've ever had. This night they were a little understaffed, so it was a little chaotic, but overall, it was another great experience.

    Very pretty restaurant and it would be a great experience if you could hear the people you were dining with. When the music is very loud, the diners have to speak loudly and the overall noise level becomes very loud. I have an app on my phone and the noise level at dinner was varying between 88 and 95 decibels. That’s enough to cause hearing damage. I was really low forward to dinner, but I won’t be returning

    The grilled octopus appetizer was off the hook! For my entree I had the steak and eggs. Perfection!! Not my first experience with Warren’s, and never have I been disappointed. Neither will you!

    Food was frozen! Ordered the seafood tower, told her the small and she put in the order for the large. When it came out, the lobster was frozen and so was the crab. Rock hard frozen. No embellishment by any means. Waitress wasn’t very good or attentive at all (we did not let her poor service affect this food review.) Sent back the frozen items and the waitress made us feel like we were the ones in the wrong. We were very respectful and explained the food was frozen. Terrible. Some guy came back with more of the same food to replace it, yet it was still ice cold. What the heck?! We ordered a filet, came out sliced already. What!?! When does a kitchen slice the filet served?? This place is backwards, not what we expected by any means. Wasted $350. Yeah, $350, we still had to leave a respectable tip of course, even with the garbage service they provided. Don’t waste your time or money. Oh, and it’s extremely loud inside. Uncomfortably loud.
