    Food was excellent! However, for a price point like this the service was nothing to write home about. It was not busy and bar service was very slow. Sat several times with dirty plates in front of me when the server walked by with empty hands. Just not the experience I expected especially when it wasn’t busy.

    Just awful food. The seafood tasted old. The sides were all oil. Chili’s quality with Tavernetta pricing.

    This is the best seafood restaurant I’ve ever eaten at and the service is excellent. They accommodated my food allergies, and everything was excellent. I’m looking forward to coming back in 2025!

    Had a few good meals here so this was the exception. Got it at 4pm. 5 people sat at a table for 4, luckily one was a kid. Not enough room for all the plates, we ended up putting appetizer plates on the benches and tops of seats. 15 minutes for drinks. 45 minutes for appetizers. 1 hour 15 minutes for dinner to be served. 1 hour for bread to be served. They seemed understaffed. After we paid we asked if it was a kitchen issue and told that no, they were fully staffed. While it’s a convenient place to eat as we work downtown, it’ll be a pass. It’s definitely gone downhill since opening which is a shame.

    First time visitor to The Water Grill. It had a nice menu of of various fish, shell fish and steak. Unfortunately, the pricey fare was just fair. Bread rolls were excellent. The Chilean Sea Bass was crispy and generally good, as was the Mexican Swordfish. Nothing outstanding. The Alaskan Black Cod was nicely presented in a miso broth but very salty. Portions were on the smaller side. Mac/Cheese was cold. Oysters Rockefeller were mixed with pieces of shell. Not good and left a bad taste, and we love oysters! Service was adequate but slow. So it was generally OK, but expensive. We were expecting something better.

    Amazing food, service and ambiance. Our server was also the sommelier and recommended a great bottle of wine. Really exceptional experience
