   The host ignored us when we arrived as he was on the phone and didn't acknowledge us which wasn't a great start. Food was just ok. The server was not very attentive and didn't seem to have a great grasp of the menu. And the booth we sat in had no room for our legs or feet due to the strange iron table bars that took up all the space under the table. Overall not impressed.

   Absolutely wonderful service. The dishes were excellent. The raw bar dishes were really appetizers for one person, but very good. The brussel sprout dish was perfect for two. Over all, we can’t wait to go back.

   I enjoyed my meal at Waypoint. The sando was delicious including the French fries. I had the kimchi on the side and it was not too spicy. Brussels sprouts were a highlight, very flavorful. We were hoping for smelts as they are supposedly out of this world but the server said they have become scarce and were off the menu. The salmon ordered was a smaller portion and not as appealing as the other dishes ordered.

   Great dinner I with friends. Shared lots of plates and also took advantage of Dine Out Boston.

   Excellent meal. Burgers were super yummy and cooked well with an extra large portion of crispy salty fries. Caesar salad was crunchy and perfectly dressed with buttery croutons. Also loved the fried Brussels, and the house cosmos were a 10/10!!

   The hostess was rude. We arrived at 4:50 for a 5pm reservation. The door was unlocked. And she said “We open at 5 so come back in 10 minutes.” We came back at 5:03 and 6 tables were sat. Was really odd.

   We dined at Waypoint for restaurant week and had an excellent experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and had subtle uniqueness! Restaurant week is a great deal, and was a great way to try a new spot to us. Restaurant week or not, we will definitely return!

    Remains my favorite restaurant in Cambridge. We selected an array of smaller and larger plates, the staff coursed them out perfectly. New for us was the charred broccolini which was a joy from the moment the smells hit our table. Great cocktails, beer, and wine selections as well.
