   It's amazing food and ambiance! Love Chef Hiro and Staffs' service and enthusiasm. They describe every dish in details on how they have been prepared. I love that Chef Hiro allows us to take plenty of photos.

   Great concept but falls short of expectations. We were in Japan 10 months ago and had some great meals in Tokyo and Kyoto. When we saw wa’s was trying to emulate the best restaurants in Kyoto it was a must go. Most of the dishes had a good idea but most of them were similar in taste and texture. The was one that was a combination of sushi that was outstanding. We ordered the premium sake which was also very good. If you haven’t been to Japan I think you will really enjoy the meal.

   The food here is just amazing! Every time I eat here, the discussion turns to trying to decide what our favorite dish was and it’s always difficult because every dish is delicious.

   Such an amazing and intimate experience with master chefs! Every plate had intention and was fabulously delicious! A must-do mind blowing food experience in Seattle.

    Very thoughtful, well-prepared and top notch, yet still not too formal. The service was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the fixed 9-course meal of beautiful, high-quality, and delicious food that captured the essence of the season. Each course was described to us by the chef. It was such a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to go back for another special occasion!!
