   We had a reservation at 6 and were seated immediately, but it took about 20 minutes to be acknowledged and just get waters. After ordering food, it took about 30-35 minutes to get food and our appetizer was brought out at room temp and dry, like it had been sitting, They also brought out the app with the entrees. After that, service was inconsistent, we both ran out of water, and it took a while for another table touch to get our waters refilled. Overall, the food quality was not up to standard of other downtown restaurants we frequent, so we won’t be back to try this place again.

   The service was slow, even though there were only three tables with people. There was one server at the bar and doing the entire restaurant. The shrimp was overcooked to the point of rubber. The noodles were overcooked. This is our fifth visit and we will not be back.

   My wife and I dine here for date nights here and there, and we have decided that we are going to make Well Hung our anniversary dinner each year going forward. We ate here for our 2nd anniversary last year and again for our 3rd tonight. We haven't had a meal that we have not enjoyed yet! The food is delicious! We tried the apple cobbler tonight, and it was divine! We can't wait to eat at Welll Hung again! Highly recommended!

   One server for the entire restaurant. We ordered our drinks and they came out without ice an hour and 15 minutes later. Portions were very small for dinner entrees. They need more staff. Would not recommend.

Our main server was training someone, and this may have been the cause for not meeting your expectations.    Service was attentive and personable. Our only complaint was both plates of short rib came out nearly ice cold. The other two entrees brought to our table were hot.

   My husband ordered a maple whiskey sour and found it undrinkable. He also ordered the crab cakes and found them to be overly salted and suspiciously dark. The rice was ok. The shrimp scampi wasn’t bad. The viogner was pretty good.

   What a fun place! We've had the opportunity, to dine in their Gordonsville, VA location and wanted to check out, Roanoke. The food, drinks, service etc was absolutely amazing! Thank you for a wonderful lunch. We will definitely stop by again, when in town.
