Our mission is to source the region’s best seafood and seasonal produce by partnering with like-minded suppliers.

Our commitment to locality and our selection of produce flows into everything we offer; from Hastings River Oysters to Urban Grain bread and pastries.

Lovely experience at the Whalebone Restaurant. Made very welcome and the service was excellent. All Staff very professional and friendly. Highly recommend to locals and Visitor. Lovely waterfront view and also cater for Vegans which suited my Daughter in law. Well don’t Port Macquarie

We loved our first visit; lovely ambience and friendly staff with delicious food - go for the seafood 🦞 platters; but add a seafood chowder on a rainy day. Skip the mango brûlée I reckon.

Excellence as always. Was lovely and quiet for a Tuesday. Couldn't think of a better place to spend it overlooking the river.

At our table we had a mix of dishes, Entre calamari and Prawns ,both to die for. Mains were Barramundi, beautiful and Lamb rump slow cooked rare outstanding. None of us could fit in desert or coffee. Staff highly attentive and helpful . A great atmosphere Highly recommend

We went to the Whalebone Wharf for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The scallop special for entree was delicious as was the seafood platter for two! The service was excellent and all staff welcoming and friendly, especially Hannah. Would definitely recommend for a wonderful evening out and special occasion.
