Our 2024 Valentine's dinner was great! The service was friendly and helpful. It was relatively quiet..just perfect! We've been going since the 90's! Keep the tradition going please❤️.

It was a unique and fun experience. Something different for us with our granddaughters. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decorations added to the fun.

I was hoping that the Valentine's dinner at White Castle would be a little fancier (mood lighting, tableclothes, etc.). I think that would have been funny and fun. Would have even paid a little more for the food to help make up for the cost. It was still fun though.

Both doors locked with "Reservation Only" signs on doors. I had a reservation but no one let us in. We left since we couldn't get in to eat

This location had a well executed Valentine's Day ambiance! The only feedback would be to have a sign at the door or someone who stands by the door and lets people in. Both doors were locked and was initially confusing. Great experience though.

An experience I won't forget. Everyone was super excited to have reservations at White Castle, I could see it on people's faces when they were walking in. However, I think they could tweak some things to improve their service. It might be best to stick to carry out or delivery for Valentines Day. The impossible burger was great!

We did not get served. It seemed like the staff was a little overwhelmed. Maybe try having an extra person on staff next time. But the decorations in the dinning area were really cute, so A for effort on that!
