   Waiter was superb Waited quite a while but it was ok. Food excellent as always. The autumn squash soup was particularly delicious.

   We met a friend at the White Dog. The room was bright and charming. Out seats were cozy and comfortable. The food was excellent. Desserts were outstanding! Our server was attentive and responsive to our requests. It was an enjoyable lunch and is a great place to have a get together with friends.

   Glad we arrived at 1130 with a reservation. It was full when we left around 1pm. Excellent service and meals.

   We usually go to another White Dog location. This was our first time at this location in Haverford. We liked this location a lot. The space is larger, tables aren’t as cramped. Food and service is excellent. Lots of parking spaces outside.

   My husband got bacon that at first was hardly chewable as it was so over done and then when he asked for new bacon, it was nearly raw. For the price, not a great experience

   An outstanding farm to table restaurant. The menu had an abundance of wonderful selections, so many so, that my wife opted to order 4 separate items. My wife is a Caesar Salad and Brussel sprout  connoisseur. She. Ranked the Caesar as one of the best anywhere, and very much enjoyed the Brussel Sprouts. I tried both and thought they were excellent. For dinner, my wife had the mushroom toast. She absolutely loved it. She actually thought about ordering an additional one to go to have for lunch the following day. For my main course, I had a flounder piccata, which was outstanding. While waiting for my food the table next to me enjoyed a foot-long hotdog with housemaid condiments. It looked amazing, and I plan on trying during my next visit. The service is a 10. The servers make it a point to let you know that they’re there to serve you and we’ll go out of their way to work with the kitchen to accommodate any and all reasonable requests. Max, the manager is one of the best in the business. He greets every customer entering the restaurant at the door. You will be hard-pressed to find a farm to table restaurant of this quality at such a reasonable price point anywhere. I rarely take the time to write a review like this unless the restaurant is truly deserving.

   Service was exceptionally slow. Restaurant was over half empty when we got there, ordered Deviled eggs, rolls, hotdog and mushroom soup. Got the eggs and rolls as appetizer. They came in a reasonable time. The hotdog and soup took an additional 1/2 hour to arrive and were not "hot" when delivered. We waited another 15 min after we finished eating before we flagged a server to get a to go box and our check. Very disappointed.

    Excellent lunch menu. Food and server were awesome. The mushroom soup, gyro and beet salad were very good. Server was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
