Absolutely fantastic dinner. Succulent scallops, fresh cold oysters, beef Wellington was out of this world, lobster ravioli, duck confit, all perfect. My favorite restaurant in Newport.

The food was amazing. I'd highly recommend the vegetable platter entree. Portion was over the top. The service was excellent. The fire in the fireplace was a perfect touch, however, they made the room TOO hot.

A great dining experience. Good food, great service and atmosphere (colonial rooms with roaring fires). While the food was good, we are regulars and would say that the food has been better in recent years. The service was fantastic. Overall, we love the White Horse Tavern as an overall great dining experience

Outstanding food and service! We ordered the Beef Wellington and Duck. It was memorable. Unfortunately the fireplaces were not running because of the rain but still wonderful atmosphere.

Beautiful setting. Attentive staff. Food while well prepared, lacked attention to detail expected in a high end establishment.
