Opened in 2006, the first thing you'll experience at Wild Sage American Bistro is the rich earth tones and classic architectural details that make our bistro both relaxing and refined. Walls of windows saturate our interior space with abundant natural light during the day and provide an intimate atmosphere at night. You'll find our three dining areas allow for conversations to flow comfortably yet privately for a wonderful dining experience.
We have designed a menu that allows us to be creative on a daily basis, and work within the limits of what is in season and available. We are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight. Local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables fruits and tomatoes. We describe our style as “Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine”. It just makes sense using local ingredients at the peak of their quality and freshness.

Best food and service - taquitos are unique, harvest salad is fresh w pretty presentation, and entrees were great! Our party had the filet mignon and also the Meyer’s chicken entrees - all excellent in preparation, flavor, and artistic display. The shared desserts were a hit- chocolate and especially the coconut cake! Travis provided exceptional service! We will be back!

We were seated next to a group that was VERY loud. This was however, no fault of the waitstaffs. Food and service was outstanding s always.

I have been to Wild Sage twice in the last two years. The first time was with a Vietnam-era veteran who suffered from severe PTSD triggered by loud noises and large crowds. Our first experience was pleasant and relieving as we had not found a lot of places around Spokane where my father in-law felt comfortable. This was the place for him. Fast forward to a few months later and my wife and I had our 15th wedding anniversary dinner here. We sat in the bar area, our wait staff was on point, and we did not have to ask for service of any kind as they were there to ask us first. Wild Sage is an amazing atmosphere with an amazing staff, a great food menu, and a delightful mix of drink choices, even if you don't enjoy alcohol. Keep the vibe and the atmosphere consistent in the Wild Sage and you will have loyal customers for life. Top 3 places to eat in Spokane for me, and I have been here for almost 10 years.

Great night out with friends at Wild Sage. Michael was our server and extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. From the cocktails and mocktails, soup to the Soon to be famous coconut cake everything was wonderful. I had the pork chop and when I tell you it was tender, delicious and flavorful I am not kidding. Loved the Lentil soup of the moment, my friends had the burger and halibut and my husband had the wedge salad and three beers lol really nice time and we look forward to coming back again soon .

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we experienced the culinary delights and sublime ambiance of the Wild Sage American Bistro. We celebrated 38 years of matrimonial success when we stumbled across Wild Sage. Our favored place had recently burned to the ground, and we were stumped for a suitable replacement. A friend of a friend casually threw out the Wild Sage as an "adventure" we could give a try. The experience merited future visits, most definitely! The waiter was gracious and read our minds about the level of pampering we expected. My wife's dietary constraints were well addressed, as she suffered no reactions. The waiter went beyond service to ensure no allergens, elevating our experience.

Overpriced for no particular reason. I'll never eat here again. And I won't recommend this place ever!

It was a nice dinner to enjoy before the Cody Fry & The Spokane Symphony concert. The waitress provided excellent service as I dined solo. The Black Bean Tempeh was just the high protein meal I needed.

Wonderful food with lovely presentation. Halibut, pork chops and pork tenderloin were all outstanding. Drinks were delicious and inventive. Our server was terrific…professional yet approachable. All in all, excellent….as always.
