Dinner in the intimate Wild Sage is served with a view of an exhibition-style kitchen complemented with a massive river rock fireplace. A menu of creative American offerings features organically-grown produce, local game and meats, sustainable fish and seafood, and freshly-prepared desserts. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list and a reserve wine list with awards from Wine Spectator Magazine and wines-by-the-glass carefully chosen to complement menu selections.
Cancellation & No Show Policy : All "no-show" reservations and late cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged $60 per person reserved.

Eat here each time we visit Jackson Hole. Great ambience. It was our anniversary. Our support team starting with Duck who greeted us upon arrival to James, our server were friendly, attentive and helpful with our selections of wine and food. Food was exquisite. We will be back.

The Wild Sage and the Rusty Parrot have recently been rebuilt after a fire destroyed both 5 years ago. The new restaurant is open and inviting. I had the halibut. My husband had the trout. Both were perfectly cooked and delicious. The wine menu was extensive and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

We had been eating the food served by the National Park system for days. Really needed a great meal , and we were more than impressed with this new place. The deviled duck egg appetizer was delicious. Fine dining away from the crowds at the Cowboy Bar!!!

All good, except they don’t have the wonderful duck breast medallions like last year! Also I’ve been told that their wine corkage charge is $65 per bottle! Their wine did seem overpriced.

We went to eat here based on a recommendation from the Four seasons bartender and boy it did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the ambiance was very warm and inviting. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Jackson Hole area
