Very peaceful and quiet location. Everything bout dinner was outstanding. They have their own garden on site growing their vegetables for the mea;s. The owner manager is the grandson of the original owner of this land and he stopped by all the tables to chat and see how the dinner was going. Their are 4 courses where you can choose from multiple items in each category. I had the Steak Tartare, Quail, Scallops and apple fritters as my 4 choices and they were all outstanding. They look change the menu items hopefully every few weeks so their is always a new dishes on the menu.

Enchanting evening. We have been before and this time took friends who also appreciate the experience of a casual elegant farm to table atmosphere. The food (actually more like art) was exceptional with flavor combinations that are such a special treat.

This is most definitely the best restaurant we have have gone to in East Tn. We dined outside for dinner and it was magical! Absolutely amazing! If you have not gone then go don’t wait! Food was delicious and the service was top notch. The compressed apple was one of my favorites. Bon Appetit

A beautiful setting. The restaurant is small and tables are a great distance apart so you have privacy. I liked all the courses being included and was pleasantly surprised with the starter of fried olives and fresh rolls. Our waitress was very personable. When the other staff served our food they did get" who had what" mixed up for most courses, but it was easily remedied. Both the owner and chef came to speak with our table. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Anniversary dinner was amazing! The food was great, the company was even better. 10/10 highly recommend Wilder at Windy Hill Farm & Reserve for special occasions! I had no clue this place existed, much less this close in Loudon. Windy Hill has an amazing property, and the restaurant is definitely 5-Star! The restaurant is intimate and has maybe 10-12 tables inside, with 4-5 outside. Reservations required. Review: Set price for a 4 course meal. Each course had 5-6 options to choose from, and we really enjoyed each one we tried. Ethan: Course 1: Montreal Steak Tartare Course 2: Buttermilk Quail Course 3: Smoked Duck Breast Course 4: Peanut Sundae Laura: Course 1: Compressed Apple Course 2: Charred Sweet Potato Course 3: Sterling Silver New York Strip Course 4: Apple Fritters If you get the opportunity, go check out this hidden gem! 💎

This is our new favorite, special place. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is welcoming and engaging, and the food is outstanding. We were lucky to attend the Darrell Scott performance. It was a spectacular evening.

This was our second experience at Wilder and we're hoping the service had improved. It has not. It is really unfortunate as the restaurant has so much potential. Lovely setting and well appointed. Food quality and presentation is excellent. It is hard to justify the expense for the incomplete experience. I doubt we will return.

Wilder at Windy Farms is a beautiful property. The restaurant facility is lovely with wonderful views and an attentive staff. That being said, ambience was lost on the food. Everything was well prepared, but the flavor fell flat. Food was good, but bland. Maybe brunch is not where the Wilder shines.

Julie, I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your brunch experience. We sincerely appreciate you taking time though to share your thoughts so we can evaluate and look for ways to improve our service and quality. Sincere feedback like yours helps us to make the changes necessary to deliver the finest farm-to-table meals to our guests. We do hope you'll give us another visit in the future either for brunch or dinner. Thank you again.
