I would highly recommend! The service was amazing, everyone was so kind. The venue is beautiful and there was lovely harp music to accompany our afternoon tea. The scones were delicious and they were accommodating of food allergies. 10/10, I can’t wait to come back.

Peacock Alley is not only beautiful and elegant, the service is top notch and the food and pastries are homemade and wonderful. Our tea was cherry blossom themed and included a complimentary chocolate “tree” with spun pink sugar as the leaves. So fancy!

I would highly recommend high tea at the Willard Peacock Alley Tea. The atmosphere was soo beautiful with a touch of cherry blooms all around and a beautiful bouquet of tulips on our table. They had a harpist playing amazing beautiful songs the entire time. My tea was fabulous and the sweet treats were fun and different. I only wished they had had more savory options. One was absolutely horrible. BUT if you LOVE eating from the bottom of the ocean you would have loved it LOL The scones were nice but I've had better and fresher for sure. But that was the least of my complaints. Scones are different wherever you go, and everyone has a different palate. The space was gorgeous and so was the experience over all. Everyone was soo friendly and they even brought out a cupcake with a candle for my birthday while the harpist played happy birthday! It's right across from the White House and the entrance into this lovely hotel is stunning too. Book early for sure. But thank you for a lovely time.

I was embarrassed to bring my guest to this. Because of only one sitting time, guests are shuttled in after waiting in line. That alone ruined the experience. The food is all tasteless - not one sweet had a distinct taste other than sugary sweet. The whole experience is catered to tourists who (the Willard seems to think) are unsophisticated. Truly, truly disappointing.

Set in the Historic Willard Intercontinental Hotel, the reception and set up will lift your spirits and transcend you. The Harpist plays like an angel with exceptional talent. Lovely professional Waitstaff .
