   We were the last diners to be seated on a late Sunday night (8:30pm) and no one was in the front dining area so we were a little worried about how the service would be since obviously they couldn't close because of us! We shouldn't have worried...the service was as impeccable and professional as always and we received the bread service and sample cocktail of the day the same as when we've been there during regular dining hours! We were hungry so even though there were only two of us, we ordered three entree's and all of them were amazing! We'd highly recommend the Wagyu New York steak! It was super tender and the flavor is mouth watering! We've been there a few times and everything we have ordered has always been served fresh, hot and delicious! Highly recommend this place - especially if you want superior food and service without the crowds of the strip steakhouses!

   Third time there, everything was great, nice place good people. We ordered the chopped Tuscan salad, Tuna and the New York Strip, all good. Alex was are waiter and did a fine job. Bobby the manager stopped by to check on us. Will return

   Our second visit, both special occasions. Michael was our server in October and today. He is wonderful. The Chef stopped by as we were leaving today. We were able to express disappointment in the braised short ribs on a bed of polenta.

   1st time going and we had a table of 5. Excellent service and fantastic food from Filet Mignon to Sea Bass and Scallops. Loved the service of a bread tray such a great idea instead of just a basket of bread on the table.

   Excellent steaks, better than some of the pricey blingy steakhouses on The Strip. My medium-rare bone-in rib eye was perfectly medium-rare doneness (just a bit of red rare in center) and yet still a nice char/crust. It was also not too salty yet not too bland. The bartenders know their stuff. We had some great Old Fashioneds with a good choice of bourbons to choose from…Jefferson Reserve for me, but had Pappy, McCallum and other high-end whiskeys available. The ambience is nice, somewhat quiet for being on the casino floor. The service was good as well.

    Took my wife here for her birthday -- it's now her favorite restaurant in Summerlin. Great ambiance, upscale, great acoustics (you can actually carry on a conversation), and food was fantastic. Food portions were ample. Our server, Michael, was attentive and very personable. Complimentary martini for newcomers was a nice touch. My wife had sea bass (she said it was best she has had), and I had frutti de mare (good portions of shrimp, clams, scallops, calamari & crab legs, lobster on a bed of pasta). A little pricey for Summerlin, but well worth it. We'll be back.
