   Wink is the best restaurant in Austin. We celebrate all special Occasions here. They are the only restaurant in town that serves sweetbreads so that right there is a plus. They offer favorites like duck breast and steaks served in innovative ways. Their chocolate desserts are superb. And the wine list complements the food perfectly. Service is excellent and the ambiance is elegant without being stuffy. It’s the best

   We had the mixed salad which was very good but not anything particularly special. The halibut was wonderful! It was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside and the lemon aioli was delicious. Also, we enjoyed a dessert trio which included the creme brulee, the chocolate cake and the lemon meringue. What a treat! The chocolate cake was my favorite. All were very tasty. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. One other thing I really appreciated about the restaurant was the noise level. There was very little noise and we could hear our conversation at the table without having to yell. Very nice!

   Wonderful experience, romantic ambience, 5-star “make you feel pampered” service and delicious food. We had the 5 course dinner with wine pairings - just the extra special experience and delicious food to celebrate my husband’s birthday!     Wonderful evening, as always, at Wink. Service was excellent, and server know his stuff - about both the food & the wine pairings. The 5-course is always a 10/10, and there was no exception tonight. We sat in the newly added dining room, which seemed quieter and more intimate than the main dining room. Great experience start to finish.
