Chef Ryley Eckersley's vision is to cultivate a space where culinary exploration meets artistic expression. At our intimate 18-seat experience, WØLF is a sanctuary for experimentation, music, art, having fun, and feeding people; fine dining turned on its head. Doors open at 6:30p with the official tasting beginning at 7p. Doors will CLOSE at 7p so please arrive no later than 7p. At WØLF, our 10 course tasting menu is a playful exploration of Oregon environments, pulling inspiration from the ocean, Oregon coast, mountains and valleys. We have a "super dope beverage pairing" that is highly eclectic, fun, and perfectly paired... we highly recommend. At WØLF, dining is more than sustenance—it is an experience. Due to the nature of our menu and the size of our staff, we are unable to accommodate dietary allergies without calling ahead.
