    This is not our first visit but this is the first time nothing was memorable. The food was just OK. Usually we have a dish that is WOW delicious but not today. We had Dim Sum today.

    Liked it but didn’t love it. Nothing was outstanding and the server we had was not good at all. We may give this place another chance for lunch one day.

    As always - the food was excellent. The service last night was marginal - the courses are served as they are prepared, but the sides (rice) were never brought and one entree (green beans) had to be reordered as it was missed. Since we were essentially finished with dinner we asked if consideration could be given for the missed items and were told “I can check”. Five minutes later our server returned with a bowl of rice. Guess that answers that question! 🤣 I love Wu Chow but managements lack of oversight on these types of misses will cause me hesitation in the future.

    We love Wu Chow, but this time we had a poor experience with the service. We sat outside and were told the wait staff operates on a team basis, meaning we have an assigned server, but anyone can help us. We only saw our assigned server once right at the beginning. After that we had to flag someone down to help us, and even when we did that, the server forgot to help us and we had to flag someone down again for the same reason. We love the food, but very disappointed in the service for the price point of the food.
