   Went as a family of 4 to Yakamoz to celebrate Mothers Day with our 2 grown up daughters. We received a warm welcome and were served by a number of staff all of whom were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. All the dishes we ordered were lovely and to say they were generous portions would be an understatement. Very very good place

   Staying in York for 1 night, we booked a table based on reviews, and we didnt regret it! Everything from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was excellent. The service, food, and overall evening was 10/10. We are huge foodies and love trying different places, not many have staff as friendly and professional as at Yakamoz. We will definitely return when we revisit York again! My husband is going to start a petition for chef to start selling the paste that comes with the complimentary bread!!

   Fabulous meal, both mine and my husbands food was tasty, plentiful and fresh, we’ve never been to this restaurant before but will be revisiting again as soon as possible. It was New Year’s Eve so very busy, but the service was fantastic, attentive without been intrusive and very kind. They even told us not to order a starter as you are given some delicious Turkish bread and a spicy dip so a starter wasn’t required. We really enjoyed our visit and will recommend to all our family and friends.
