The service was given 1 star not because of the waiter but the situation. I made my reservation and once we were seated, ordered our appetizers and drinks there was a timeline for our table. After we ordered another round of watered down drinks, our waiter asked us to move from our seats for another party. They offered a round of free drinks for the inconvenience however, There were another group seated next to us that were able to fully enjoy their meals without interruption. They placed us on high table chairs which is uncomfortable. We decided to compensate the free drinks for our second round and left feeling very disappointed. It felt like we were targeted to be moved and others were not asked to do the same. I expected to see a large group take our original seats and it was just a two person party. I will not patron this YardHouse in Time-square again.

Great location, we knew them at Miami Beach location, more and more quiet. Food is great as well! Attentive service. Bravo!

The lighting was too dark in the dining area and it was difficult to read my menu. I had to use my phone flashlight. There are tea lights on the table but it was not efficient.

Their payment system crashed when we were ready to leave. I spoke 35 minutes waiting while it was rebooted. The next day I noted I was double charged on a payment that a few days later I am still waiting for it it be cleared.

Overall experience was Amazing!! A highlight to our Thanksgiving’. The staff, the food, our Server…all far above expectations! Highly recommend!
