   Everything was a bit pricey. Though, for the chicken dishes you do get a half a chicken, so it’s a lot of food. I was there on a Saturday night and it was busy. The service was slow. Overall, I don’t think I need to go back.

   Friendly knowledgeable server. Had to wait just a bit for the tab but overall very good service. The gluten free chicken was outstanding and the shrimp and grits were well above average but just 30 seconds too much cook on the shrimp for me but great flavored sauce. The collards had half a pigs worth of smoked hock in them and an amazing peppery but smooth pot liquor. Sprouts were very good and also spicy a bit sweet for me but wife loved em. Had. Nice ipa but didn’t get to try their large selection of bourbons. Will be back to these for sure.

   The food was great. Our service was exceptional. It took a little while to get our food and I’m not sure why but once we had it, it was delicious.

   Very noisy.. Extremely expensive for "comfort southern food". Very good service. However i got food illness after eating there..

   Dining at Yardbird in Chicago and was very much a disappointment. They brought out half our food, and we had to wait 20 minutes for the rest of the meal. The delay 100% affected our meal, and the service felt disorganized. Our Orders was taken and never received anymore acknowledgment furthermore. The food was decent, 5/10 I perceived, with the experience being mediocre overall. We ordered the Chicken and waffles, creole's crab cakes, chicken skewers, and the classic yardbird deviled eggs. Believe it or not the food was just okay. Very bland and overpriced for the small portions. Yardbird definitely had a nice establishment with plenty of seating. Very well kept. I hope they improve their service in the future. Maybe I should have done dinner with all the awesome pictures.

   Yardbird is a fun, energetic vibe. We had a group of 8 and Vanessa was our server. She was fantastic! Lots of different things ordered from starters to dessert. Drinks were around $15-$16 ea. Dinner was anywhere from $40 - $60. Starters were $10 - $15. Deviled eggs were good, crab cake was delicious, mac and cheese was actually good, tenderloin/filet - meh/ok, salmon was good, short rib was good, chicken and waffles was good - drinks were tart and tasty! I think for all of us, the apps & desserts were the best part of the meal! Loud, but good music and we were upstairs at a long table, so it was not as impactful as being downstairs. Good time with great service, food was ok!

   Server w amazing. Cool place but we got a crappy table by the door even with reservations. The rotiss chicken was just ok. Way too much $ for what it was. I could have had much better food somewhere else. I won’t be back.

   It was okay, people are seated really close To each other. Food is good but how good is it when you’re being watched. Food was over priced.

    We chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the hostess greeted us with warmth and genuine friendliness. She seated us in the private tasting room, where we were immediately made to feel special, even congratulating us on our anniversary. Our server, equally charming and attentive, took our order promptly and with a smile. When the food arrived, we were blown away—each dish was not only incredibly flavorful, but the portions were generous, and the sides were equally satisfying. After we finished our meal, the staff surprised us with a heartfelt card, a bottle of complimentary champagne, and a delicious cake to mark the occasion. This place truly made our anniversary unforgettable. Every staff member contributed to creating an experience that was warm, personal, and memorable. I can’t wait to return!
