   The biscuit French toast was pretty to look at but very dry. I needed to ask to have my water refilled twice. Very dark.

   Every trip to Vegas includes a meal at Yardbird. Great service and food. This was our third Vegas trip and third Yardbird stop this year

   The place was totally packed and extremely loud. We had the crab cake, which was fishy, the Texas Twinkie, which was not very good, and the Jambalaya, which was really good. The server was excellent, and brought us a chicken breast to make up for the crab cake. I wasn't impressed with the chicken either, it was very dry. I do not think I would recommend this place, there are too many other options at the hotel. I actually had an excellent chicken sandwich in the food court, Jay Birds, go there and have a good sandwich.

   3rd time visiting, was not same experience. Service was great, environment is great, its Vegas, but the quality of food has gone down hill. Maybe an off day in kitchen, but wont be back. Too many choices to throw away $300.

   I had an amazing dining experience at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar in Las Vegas. From start to finish, the meal was filled with rich flavors, excellent service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We ordered a spread of Southern comfort classics, including the whole fried chicken, fried okra, collard greens, cornbread, smoked ribs, and shrimp and grits. Every dish was well-executed—the fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, the ribs were packed with smoky flavor, and the shrimp and grits had the perfect balance of creamy and savory. We paired everything with a whiskey flight, which was a fantastic complement to the hearty meal. Our server, Jose, was outstanding. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure all of our needs were met. There was a slight miscommunication at the end regarding the OpenTable reservation and the no-show fee—I mistakenly thought there was a pre-charged deposit, but that wasn’t the case. The manager handled the situation professionally and was very understanding, which I truly appreciated. The ambience was warm and comfortable, though on the darker side. The noise level was moderate to loud, so you may need to speak up when conversing. The open kitchen concept is a nice touch, allowing guests to watch the chefs at work. It’s also a family-friendly restaurant, offering a kids’ menu—even our baby had a great time enjoying the food. One final recommendation: don’t skip dessert! The strawberry shortcake was a standout—light, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. We took some food to go, and even after reheating at home, everything still tasted great. Overall, Yardbird is a must-visit for soul food lovers in Las Vegas. Whether you’re in the mood for fried chicken, ribs, or classic Southern sides, this spot delivers on both quality and hospitality. I highly recommend it!
