A handy place for a quick pre-theatre meal which is basic Italian. We have eaten here before and the food was ordinary; this time it was good. The service is attentive and it is not crowded at the pre-theatre time slot.

It was our last night in Sydney and we wanted a nice dinner. The server was incredibly rude and disinterested in us. The food was ok but couldn’t make up for the poor service. They were also not interested in making accommodations for those in our party with allergies. We could have walked out without paying because there was no waitstaff in the dining room for most of our meal. On our way out another table was loudly complaining. Very unfortunate experience all around.

Very disappointing. They had run out of so many items on the menu but didnt tell us that until we tried to order those items (eg we have no pasta). The cheapest wine is $63 a bottle which is too much when you're wanting a quick pizza before or after theatre or concert

Food was poor at best. Pizza had beef on it served in chunks that tasted stale. Base of pizza was soggy. We ordered to share plates to start and the pizza and salad were to be mains. All dishes came at once. The share plates included salt and pepper calamar. It was served in small pieces which were mostly batter. Calamari was barely there. My friend ordered a Pinot Grigio and was tlod by service person: “we don’t have any”. We decided to have a look at the dessert menu and the same service person gave them to us and in the same offhand manner told us they had no Tiramisu! What Italian restaurant runs out of their top listed dessert on a Saturday night. The only thing that saved it was the location but would never be enough to entice me or my friends back and we would not recommend it at all.

Good location and atmosphere BUT had to wait over an hour for food which was over cooked and over priced for what it was. Not a good experience wouldn’t go back.

great food, great service, but it was noisey from music and the fact it opened out into a public area.

Pasta was over cooked and not hard for a restaurant that has pasta as main dish to get it right. Salads were very poor with no real taste and cabbage very chunky. Wine by the glass was oxidised. Need new chef. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Thankyou for the amazing lunch. We had seared scallops that were cooked to perfection, my main course was saltimbacca chicken which was very tasty and my husband had the veal scallopini another very tasty dish and to finish the panacotta was silky smooth just the right wobble and delicios. Service staff very attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite
