    Not what we hoped it would be for our New Year’s celebration. We booked months in advance and were put in one of the worst areas with the highest traffic. I kept getting hit by everyone passing by. Service was not the best either; it would take over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine, and the food and drink pairings we got did not even come out at the same time. The food could have also been better, since it was a fixed menu, all the dishes came out basically at once, and we had no room at our very small table to fit everything, and half the dishes came cold as if they were sitting for a while in the kitchen. All this for $380 was absolutely NOT worth it. And the icing on the cake, everyone else received New Year’s hats except us and the one table next to us, and even after asking the waiter, we were ignored. TLDR; I would not recommend this place for any special occasion.

    I had food in this place before, somehow the quality of food was not there anymore. The food did not taste fresh and the services was bad. Sometime they dropped the food at our table without collecting the empty dishes from prior course or no one went over the course and what is contains

    This was our second time dining at Zaytinya on NYE and again it did not disappoint! Incredibly delicious especially for the price. We highly recommend the winter hommus.

    We went for NYE dinner, but it was early and not busy because I was aiming for no impact to service or food quality. This was not the case, we bought the pre-fix menu because I hoped Jose Andres’ name lived up to the work that he does. We were completely upset about the food, service, and timing of wine for the “wine experience”. It felt like we were being pushed out the door from the start. It makes me not want to go to his other restaurants even though I truly appreciate what he stands for.

    Wonderful recommendation from Our server at Le Diplomat and so glad we listened. Great lunch with so many flavors and attentive service, guiding us through what to order from new wines to good dishes for kids.
