    Food was excellent. The octopus was cooked and prepared perfectly. Our server was very attentive. Seating by the door leading to outdoor seating was not great.

    This is truly a one of a kind dining experience in DC. Some of the best service I’ve had. Our server was attentive, but didn’t hover and was so kind. We were able to get great recommendations on both drinks and food options. The beet salad, mushrooms, scallops, and shrimp were beyond delicious and I would highly recommend. For cocktail lovers the 3PM in Istanbul was excellent. We will certainly be going back to enjoy the atmosphere and to eat more of the tapas we were just too full to eat this time around.

    Food and service were great, but it was cold sitting outside in the wind. The propane heaters helped a bit, but still chilly.

    Host stand not friendly and struggled to find reservation. Server was awesome. Food was fantastic Fun to try a lot of different small plate items

    A woman bussing our table took a washcloth and cleaned the table while we were finishing our drinks. It was odd and rather gauche. People trying to clean the tables are very aggressive. They kept trying to take dishes while we’re still eating. Didn’t like that at all.
