Zen features authentic dishes from Korea, Japan and Thailand. First time at Zen Asian BBQ - will definitely return. Had a family dinner (five) around one of the barbecue tables, worked out quite well. The cuts of meat were superb. In addition, ordered some Korean rice dishes which were excellent. The only somewhat subpar item was the padthai. Next time back will try the sushi which looked good from afar.

Seemed like they were short staffed. We reserved a bbq table and when we got there they were all taken, food came out of the kitchen exceeding slow, took an hour to get fried rice and 45 min to get soup

Haven’t tried anything that isn’t awesome. Love their sushi - tuna is so fresh. The crispy rice appetizer is delish as is the crispy bok Choi. The wagu fried rice is honestly amazing; beef is so tender and full of flavor. Our boys love the bim bim bop and pad Thai. The owner creates a great atmosphere- you can tell the employees like working there. They always have a smile on their faces. Truly a neighborhood gem.
