Very disappointed. My friend and I checked in with the host for our 6:30 dinner reservation made on open table. We were offered a table that sat directly in front of the front door. It was a bit chilly that day so we decided to ask if we could get a different table. This request seem to annoy the host, he proceeded to tell me that there was nothing else available, and it was going to be about 10 minutes. We decided to wait at the bar after he mentioned he would come get us when a table was ready. We saw several people get up and leave. He never came to get us. I then proceeded back to the host to ask if there was a table available and he said that he was ready to seat us when we were ready, obviously a miscommunication. We were seated and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to get water both myself and my friends orders were both wrong and the server seemed irritated. It took a long time to get the attention of our server for anything. She made some odd excuse as to why she was not present. I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews…this was not a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Overall the dining experience was fine, nothing stands out as exceptional. We were seated in side room this being our first time we would not recommend taking a table in that section, request a table in the main room

We had a reservation for a family birthday celebration. While there were several open tables in the main room, we were seated in the room usually reserved for meetings. The lighting in this room is really harsh and our table was directly beneath one the canned lights. This made for a less friendly atmosphere, which a simple dimmer switch could have changed. Also the room was cold and a bit drafty, so we had to wear our jackets the whole time. We understand that wait staff need to share the clientele and that our server was assigned the meeting room space. She did an excellent job and the food was good
