   I’ve been here multiple times now and every time I return the experience gets better and better. The food is always impeccable as well as the service. Our waitress, Ellen, was absolutely fabulous and gave us amazing recommendations. Can’t wait for my next res!

   The entire experience was 10/10! I had no idea I needed artichoke soup in my life, yet here we are. Courses were beautifully executed, well timed, and staff was super attentive and fun. We will be back!!! Thanks, Team Zimmi’s!!

   Service was mediocre at best. Staff were slow and walking around doing not a whole lot, most looked confused as to what was happening. Unapologetic about the 15-20min wait for our table and no offer for a drink whilst we wait. Unfortunately the food was no better, bland and lacked flavor. Avoid the pork!

   Outstanding, creative food! Placed leeks in a mustard vinaigrette with medium poached eggs was unique and delicious . The homemade pate de campagne was classics. The saumon mi cuit was a wonderfully surprising preparation as was the pork collar with shallots. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. And the wine list is extensive with many half bottles of interesting wines. Overall a great experience.

   Fantastic birthday dinner at this new French bistro in the West Village. We did cocktails and wines by the glass, which were delicious and fun, although the by-the-bottle wine list is well constructed. On food, the ratatouille was fantastic, as was the asparagus soup with foie gras. We saved room for the Cote d'Boeuf for two, which was one of the best steak dishes we've had in a long time. Desserts were also on point -- a vanilla ice cream with so much vanilla flavor it was almost tropical. Service was very good, especially for a newer restaurant, and while the space is small the noise level wasn't over the top. Great addition to the neighborhood. We'll definitely be back.

   It was an outstanding dining experience. Everything was perfect, the service the drinks, the food, all super fresh and everything had a special twist to it. The atmosphere is energetic and cosy, which I like.

This is a place to go if you are looking to feel warm, feel good, and indulge in the type of adventure upon which you can leave behind the daily humdrum and enjoy a masterpiece.     The food was quite good, although there was a very big gap between first and second courses, they were extremely busy so that’s somewhat understandable. The staff/hostess/sommelier were all really nice and helpful. The very big, probably defining problem was the extreme noise level. In order to communicate with each other we had to almost have our noses touching. With the small tables very close together and the fact that it’s super popular right now (almost impossible to get a reservation between 6:00 and 7:30) makes for a very loud din. We really wanted to like this place and will try again when hopefully it’s not as crazy.
