I visit all Zinburger locations several times a year and this location is the worst. The music here is much too loud. I had to yell so the people at my table could hear me. I’d rather eat at a restaurant with no music. I won’t be coming back.

Good and environment was amazing! We had wrote on our reservation that it was my father-in-law’s birthday (the host also mentioned it when we got there), but our server didn’t mention anything about it. Everything else was great!

Excellent food and cocktail. Slow service. Extremely loud music, causing diners to talk loudly. Misleading item on the menu for hamburgers: "All items come with fries Salad $5.00" leads one to believe the fries are included in the prices of the burgers, but the salad is not included.

Made a reservation and noted that it was for a birthday. Also asked for an outside table. Was given an inside take and There was no acknowledgment of the birthday. Service was slow. Two servers came by to take out drink order and our appetizer came out at the end of the meal. Food was great, ambiance was great. Just poor service.

Hadn’t been to this place in a while, at some point they changed the quality of their food. Not of fan of the change. Loved it when they first came up in Gilbert. Service was great though, very accommodating.
