Our price is 79.00$ per person for adults and 35.00$ for kids (not including taxes and gratuity). Absolutly wonderful experience!!! Our server was warm, welcoming and knowledgable. All the staff were phenomenal and it was a good amount of food with an excellent tlavours!

The customer service at the castle is wonderful. The Christmas decor is beautiful and the tea is festive. There is a lot of attention to detail at the Chateau Laurier and Zoe's.

Our table was delayed about 25 mins past our reservation time. The staff were very apologetic and that was appreciated, but the hotel has been offering high tea for a long time so something is amiss with their booking intervals to have that long a delay. The food was ok and the price to value was poor. I stayed at Fairmont hotels for many years but stopped a number of years ago when I felt the quality had gone down while the price climbed. It feels like they’re riding on their past reputation. Having said all of that, our server was lovely, attentive and was the best part of our experience.

We went for high tea. Our server took a Tea Sommelier course, she was able to answer any tea question we asked. The Christmas decor at The Chateau Laurier was great.

First time eating at Zoe’s since they reopened after a prolonged renovation closure. Food was great, when it finally arrived. The restaurant was at best 60% full. Waited 30 minutes before the waiter even came over to offer us a glass of water. Snacks and drinks took quite some time and we were left waiting at least another 20 minutes AFTER the snacks were gone before main dishes arrived. Poor execution particularly since this place is trying to be a premier establishment. Must do better.

This was my second time at Zoe's Fairmont Chateau Laurier and it was just as fantastic as the first time. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The food was excellent and well prepared. I was accompanied by two other ladies and they also loved the experience of going to Zoe's. I plan to go again in the spring as the ambiance and the people are friendly and also a nice way to spend an afternoon with family and friends.

Lovely way to celebrate special times with your friends or family , lovely food selection and the high tea ambiance was lovely. We had a drink at the bar before Zoe’s and our bar tender was fantastic .
