   Showed up a few minutes early for a 7:30 reservation on Valentines Day. Waited 15 mins at the hostess stand without being seated or even recognized. When I went across the restaurant to speak with the one person who had been at the front of the house, he shrugged and said they were overbooked and it would be 30-40 mins before we should expect to be seated. No apology or contrition. As we were leaving, woman walked by and said they had been seated for over an hour without anyone even coming to the table. We left and walked across the street. This place is way over their skis and couldn't care less.

   The lobby was packed with folks looking to get seated. There was NO ONE at the host station to seat people or explain what the holdup was. Tables were not getting bussed and servers were over-whelmed.

   I love the brand at any location but service was off for Valentine’s Day .. but they accommodated my date and I . No complaints

   This was literally the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. There’s a reason Z Tejas closed most of their restaurants.

   Just very slow on Valentine's Day. This is understandable as it is a busy day, but it is still a long wait time to be seated and receive food.

   We love this restaurant and on Valentine's Day apparently Open Table accepted reservations for 300 tables instead of 100 tables. The restaurant only has 100. So we waited an hour and had to leave. I felt bad for the staff, the chefs, and the patrons. Not sure how this can happen but the manager was trying to reach restaurant headquarters and Open Table to solve the problem. A glitch in the system but too bad it happened on Valentine's.

   Understaffed for the Valentine's Day dinner crowd. Drinks and food were good, but service was poor. Our server was extremely busy because of understaffing and couldn't be attentive. He also messed up our bill (added an item we didn't order that wasn't on the first check presented to us) and even messed up the corrected bill (didn't apply the full amount of our gift card and now we're not sure that the balance is going to show when we present it next time). Usually a noisy atmosphere, but extremely noisy this time with music playing that was even more distracting and should have been turned off completely. Not a good experience at all.

   Service was great The food selection is Tex mex mixture of Mexican food Steaks seafood and salads The place is great high ceilings good decor Surrounded by large open bar area Tables plus bar pub table seating Had the Snapper fish and ahi salad gringo tacos So a mix portion were good not small or oversized Not too hot or spicy Seasoned flavorful but not over done . The service was great . Also checking on our larger group of 10

    We reserved patio seating, but we were seated inside. The patio area was closed to a private function.
