   Zucca Gastrobar is a favorite- food and cocktails are always excellent. If you are planning a special event - go to Zucca. We have had several events at Zucca and they go out of their ways to accommodate special requests. A favorite spot in Westport!

   We dined on a Sunday evening and it was lovely so it was quiet. First time here and will definitely be back. Extensive menu. There is something for everyone. All their pastas are homemade which I enjoy being Italian. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The table’s favorite appetizer was the Brussel sprouts even though every one was great. For dinner, short ribs dinner not the one with pasta, tender, juicy and fell apart. It comes over polenta and spinach outstanding! Another diner had the filet mignon and said it was as very tender and juicy. The other diner had a seafood combination that he throughly enjoyed. Desserts: chocolate chip cookie in a skillet, crème brûlée and the apple tart sooo good. We were stuffed.

   Zucchini definitely deserves a higher score but for an egregious service error. At a fine dining restaurant, the table should never be cleared before all diners in the party are finished. Last night, when a bus boy asked if he could clear the table, I said no—two of the party of four had not finished. After a few minutes, a busboy cleared two of the places before I had a chance to stop him. He also, took my fork before I was done. The food, however, was very good

   Good service and food. Poor,seating. Early dinner Saturday.Restaurant was packed filled in front empty in back. Guests,were crowed unnecessarily

   Lively and fun, good vibe, lots of energy. Deep menu, lots of good choices. Wine list a little skinny and overpriced - but that seems to be everywhere these days. Seemed understaffed, workers were hustling and it took us 20 mins to pay our bill
