   We absolutely love RA…but this time was just blah. Was expecting better for valentines date. Drinks were amazing..lobster ragoons had new sauce which was just blah compared to what it used to be. Will still come back and try again

   Last time I go to this restaurant. The place is filthy dirty (floors have food everywhere, received multiple dirty forks), service was abysmal although he was a nice person just bad or overwhelmed at his job (not sure which), food was terrible. Rice undercooked, flank steak uneatable. Top 5 overall worst dining out experiences.

   7 pm reservation and we were not sat at our table until 7:30 pm. Staff were overwhelmed and busy. Sushi rolls came quickly but my entree took 40 minutes to arrive at the table. Have had better experiences at Kona Grill.

   Michael was the best. He gave us recommendations and assisted with menu choices when we weren’t sure what was the best. He expedited an extra order when our kid ordered something that she thought was something different. I ate it and was delicious in addition to the yellowtail sushi, I ordered. Overall a great experience considering the very busy Valentines Day weekend.

   Extremely busy and understaffed The server was very nice, tried to be accommodating! Food was fresh and good, but expensive. In all fairness, Valentines weekend.

   Great place to go if you’re not in a hurry. After we declined buying a bottle of champagne the instant we sat down our server came by pretty regularly at ten minute intervals. Took 40 minutes to get an appetizer order in, drinks came after 25-30 minutes. This was early evening service on a Saturday and the restaurant did not look that busy from our viewpoint. The sushi was OK at best, and you can definitely get a better menu selection in Kansas City. Went there for a birthday and it was just a very blah experience. Will not be coming back.

   Had a reservation with my family, we were seated timely upon arrival. Restaurant was roughly half full. We sat at our table for more than 20 minutes without ever being approached by any of the wait staff to take our drink or food order. We departed and went to Penny’s Aqua where they immediately accommodated us on a busy evening and we enjoyed dinner and drinks.

   A very disappointing experience. It took over thirty minutes to get our drinks and well over an hour to get any of our food. We ordered two appetizers and two rolls. The tuna appetizer had very little flavor. The two rolls were good. After waiting an hour and a half, our server said that we could wait for the rest of our food, but he had no idea when it would be ready to serve. It appeared that others in our area were getting the same service or lack of service.

    It was very busy when we went (7:30 on a Saturday night), so I’m going to try to not go too hard on them. But the service we received was downright awful. It took our waiter over 30 minutes to acknowledge us, and another 30 minutes for our drinks to get delivered. Since service was running slow, I went ahead and ordered another round when our first round was delivered. We also ordered our food. We waited another 45 minutes before I had to get up and find a manager. She apologized and went and made our drinks herself. Our food was delivered shortly after, and my food was completely wrong. It took another 20 minutes for the correct food to come to the table. I understand being busy, but 45 minutes for drinks was ridiculous. I’ve only been to this location one other time about 5 years ago and our experience then wasn’t all that great. Not sure if we’ll try it again.
