    We were seated and planned on a nice dinner. We asked the server what tap beers they had. He said a string of beer types, pale ale , black ale, Pilsner quickly. When I asked for the breweries, he said “It is faster for me to tell you the types they are local beers and you wouldn’t know them”. Stunned, these “locals” ordered Coors. We gave it a moment of thought and realized we didn’t trust this waiter to even serve us the bottled beer, never mind make dinner an enjoyable experience. We left rather than have our evening ruined. Sad because we had been big fans of Redstone , Minnetonka.

    Booked Redstone, which is a favorite, to celebrate my wife's birthday at the very first restaurant we ever ate at on a discovery trip, when deciding whether to move to Eden Prairie and also to treat a good past neighbor to late brunch. Did not fail us... From the moment we pulled into a bay in the ample carpark to being greeted by a very pleasant lady at reception, we were whisked to a comfy table, overseeing the kitchen and immediately met by our cheerful waiter who introduced himself, left us fresh waters, menus and information on the specials. We ordered the skillet corn bread, with maple butter, chicken and wild rice soup, pulled chicken flatbread and the large, chopped salad... all arrived quickly and perfectly fresh, enjoyed by us all. Great job all at Redstone for the outstanding people, service and food and thank you all for being so receptive to our elderly neighbors longer 'Dad Jokes', we know you are all very busy, but you all showed this man respect and made his day !

    The ribs were excellent, and the cornbread was second to none. I love their food so much that I ordered an additional meal to take home! I can not say enough about the wait staff members who were kind, accurate with the order, and exceeded my expectations in every way!

    The best thing about Redstone is consistency. Management must be amazing because food and service are always superior. Our server was so attentive and cheerful. The seafood is so fresh and cooked to perfection. You won’t regret going to Redstone.
